The concept is a design that provides residents with maximum comfort and a sense of exclusivity.At the top of the building there will be a private club floor serving the owners of Infinity View apartments. It will feature a swimming pool, a wellness area with a sauna and steam room, a gym, a children’s play area, and a quiet zone – all with views of Pilsen.
On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming, high-end lobby with a reception staffed 24/7. Unauthorized persons will not be able to access the building. Reception provides a full security service and even accepts deliveries, providing insulated boxes for food deliveries, a safe for spare keys, and a waiting area for visitors.
Residents will be able to use a dedicated app not only to access the building and control the elevators, but also to regulate heating and cooling in their apartments. Those living on the upper floors will additionally benefit from extended LOXONE system features.
