News from the Sisters project

Construction of the Sisters project has reached another important milestone.
A technical floor is now taking shape above the final office floor. It will
serve as the operational heart of the entire complex and separate the lower
mixed-use section from the residential floors of both towers.

After the exceptionally demanding lower part of the structure, construction of
the Sisters project has moved into a regular rhythm of above-ground floors. On
both towers, the ceiling slab above the second floor has now been concreted, and
reinforcement work continues on the columns and walls of the next level. The
project is therefore gradually approaching the part of the building where the
residential floors of the future Lily and Dory towers will begin to take shape.

The Sisters project has made its complete offer of 174 apartments available to
prospective buyers. Nearly one third of the units have already been sold or
reserved. The level of interest so far shows that buyers are not choosing only
by layout, but increasingly also by floor, orientation, views and the overall
standard of living.

A symbolic detail has recently been embedded directly into the monolithic
structure of the Sisters project. In the lower part of the ground floor, where
the future reception and lobby will be located, the coat of arms of the Fictum
family, together with the names of both towers, Lili and Dory, has been
imprinted into the concrete.

The Sisters high-rise development has now emerged above ground level, making the
project visible for the first time above the surrounding terrain. After months
of technically demanding work on the underground structure, the project is
entering a new phase in which its growth will become increasingly visible in the
skyline of Pilsen.

The Sisters residential development is now officially launching its sales phase.
However, even before this milestone, potential buyers registered their interest
in many of the apartments. Of the 56 apartments in the Lily and Dory high-rise
towers released in the initial sales phase, 20 units are already reserved as of
the publication date and negotiations are at an advanced stage for many other
apartments.

The Sisters high-rise towers are part of a larger mixed-use development on
Chelčického Street. This includes parking as an integral part of the building,
not an add-on. The design follows the municipal plan for the wider area in which
parking is one of the layers of municipal infrastructure.

A one meter thick foundation slab has been laid for the Sisters high-rise
towers using specialized high-strength concrete. It will be the bottom of the
“white tank” – a watertight barrier protecting the building from
groundwater. Its construction required more than 5,200 tons of a specially
engineered reinforced-concrete mix and steel reinforcement.
20. 11. 2025
Two tower cranes have arrived at our construction site in Pilsen. One of them is
equipped with a hydraulic climbing frame that enables it to rise together with
the Sisters Towers to a height of 120 meters. It will thus become one of the
tallest cranes in the country.
